We believe that residential care can be a positive choice and experience in meeting the multi-faceted needs of specific children, who are unable to live with their own families. All children need a sense of routine and consistency and a caring system of support to develop and maintain pride, self-discipline, self-esteem, and confidence.
- We utilise a systemic whole family-based approach to support positive outcomes for all our children.
- We aim to create opportunities for survivors of trauma to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment and address negative past experiences in order to facilitate a brighter future.
- We work in collaboration with TPC therapy services prior, during, and for after-care of placements.
- We aim to provide integrated and personalised living and learning experiences.
- In determining the model of care, the home uses a ‘can- do’ attitude to explore all that can be achieved.
Most importantly, we have ‘stickability’ and relish the opportunity to go on the unique journeys of the children we are privileged to support.
