SGL is a large, detached dormer bungalow, which consists of six spacious bedrooms. The accommodation is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Communal & Personal Spaces

When you enter the property, there is a hallway that leads to a central corridor on which all bedrooms, office, lounge and kitchen with full facilities and appliances can be accessed for six young people. There is also a large communal area and welcoming, scenic garden area that is walled all around to give a private feel to the home. There is a front and back garden that is fully lawned and furnished for our young people to enjoy.

Location

The property is situated on a busy road opposite Royal Preston Hospital and is in walking distance of Preston City Centre and all its amenities and facilities. There is great access to training and education facilities, being only a 5-minute walk from Preston College and other training centres and academies.
